- Recap of the Madison Project Tours
- Miron Construction led us through the 40,000 SF concert venue being created for Frank Productions with a capacity for 2,500 people. Behind the concert venue, to be known as “The Sylvee”, Miron is also constructing a four-story office building known as The Gebhardt Building, to include an additional 100,000 SF of office and retail space, such as a new Vintage Brewing Co. restaurant and bar planned for the ground floor. Then we walked over to Findorff’s adjacent project known as The Spark, and took a tour of the eight-story, 158,000 SF office building being developed by American Family Insurance, which will also include space for the entrepreneurial collaborative space known as StartingBlock.
- The tour will included presentations by the structural engineers for both projects (Fink Horejsh for the Sylvee/Gebhardt Building project and Pierce Engineers for The Spark).
